This is a company project. The client sees a huge amount of bookings every year throughout its several hotels in different places in the world. There’s usually a huge delay for delivering guest info between a booking’s confirmation and the guests’ arrival, due to some technical issue, which results in a mediocre pre-stay and check-in experience for guests.

To change this,  we were asked to design and develop an online check-in app for guests to do preliminary check-in online, connecting the reception in corresponding hotels with the guests way ahead of time.
